Job Title: Assistant Manager - CPE Recovery

Location : Gurgaon (Head Office)

Department : Operations / Asset Recovery

Reports To : Manager / Head - CPE Recovery

Role Summary:

- You will lead the mission of bringing back company-owned devices (CPE) from customers and partners.

- Think of yourself as a guardian of assets, ensuring no modem is left behind, and every router returns to its rightful home

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage a recovery team and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

- Track and close pending CPE return cases on time. Coordinate with circle/warehouse/logistics teams for quick pick-ups. Analyze data and fix recovery gaps or high-risk cases.

- Maintain accurate documentation and system records. Handle escalations and support customers/partners during recovery. Manage vendor/agency performance connected to recovery operations.

- Share MIS and performance reports regularly with management. Ensure recovery processes follow company policies & compliance. Train and motivate team for better productivity. Skills Required. Good knowledge of CPE recovery/logistics/asset management.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, CRM tools). Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Problem-solving attitude and quick escalation handling. Ability to manage field teams and vendors.

- Qualification & Experience : Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or similar field. 5-8 years of experience in recovery/asset management/logistics (Telecom/ISP preferred).

- Must have team management experience. Key KPIs. Recovery target achievement. Reduction in non-returned assets.

- Turnaround time for recovery closure. Data accuracy in reports. Compliance adherence.
