Testing Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance testing program, including risk assessments, testing procedures, and reporting mechanisms. Testing Execution: Conduct and oversee compliance testing activities to evaluate the bank's adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Risk Assessment: Identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities and collaborate with relevant departments to mitigate these risks. Report Generation: Prepare and present detailed compliance testing reports to senior management, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Policy and Procedure Review: Review and assess the effectiveness of the bank's compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Documentation and Records Management: Ensure proper documentation of compliance testing processes and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Compliance Training: Coordinate and provide compliance training to bank employees to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance issues. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including legal, risk management, and operations, to address compliance-related matters. Regulatory Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries and requests as needed.
