Compliance Manager - Housing Finance

Job Title : Compliance Manager - Housing Finance - Mumbai

Job Responsibility :

- Handling Compliance for HFC under RBI Regulations and ensuring timely implementation by co-ordinating with other departments.

- Compliance Testing and Risk Assessment - prepare, test and communicate outcome;

- Regulatory Inspection - Co-ordinate with inter department for data, reply to the observation

- Implementing KYC and AML regulations and frameworks.

- Vetting and reviewing policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.

- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for compliance reporting, risk dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.

Key Skills :

Mandatory :

- Strong knowledge of RBI/NHB regulations.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments to implement new or amended directions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
