Compliance Manager

Description: Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory integrity and operational excellence? Were seeking a Compliance Manager to join our growing Compliance team.

In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining our organizations adherence to federal and state regulations while fostering a culture of compliance across all departments.

What Youll Do:

As a Compliance Manager, you will:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA, GLBA, UDAAP, and applicable state laws.

- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks.

- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits with clients and regulators.

- Investigate, document, and resolve consumer complaints from various channels (CFPB, BBB, direct inquiries, etc.

- Lead compliance training programs for new hires and existing staff, driving awareness and accountability.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, staying current on evolving regulatory trends.

- Ensure vendor compliance with data privacy and security standards.

What Were Looking For:

- Bachelors degree required.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role within the debt collection industry.

- Deep knowledge of FDCPA, CFPB expectations, TCPA, and UDAAP regulations.

- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines effectively
