Leadership Opportunity - Compliance Head

Mantra Capital is looking for an experienced Compliance Head to lead and strengthen the compliance function of a BSE-listed, RBI-regulated NBFC.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director, with ownership across regulatory compliance, governance, AML/PMLA, RBI filings and regulatory stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own RBI regulatory filings, returns and compliance calendar

- Drive RBI, SEBI LODR, ROC & Stock Exchange compliance

- Oversee Board & Committee governance and secretarial compliance

- Strengthen AML / PMLA, FIU-IND, CKYC & CERSAI frameworks

- Lead RBI/SEBI regulatory inspections and closure of observations

- Identify and mitigate regulatory & compliance risks

- Present compliance dashboards and updates to the MD & Board

- Build a strong compliance culture and lead the compliance team

Ideal Candidate:

- 6-12 years of progressive compliance experience in NBFC / BFSI

- Hands-on experience with RBI regulatory filings

- Strong knowledge of RBI Master Directions & NBFC Scale Based Regulation

- Experience with SEBI LODR, Companies Act 2013, AML/PMLA & FIU-IND

- Listed-entity secretarial compliance experience preferred

- Strong leadership, ownership, integrity and executive presence
