Compliance Analyst

Shift Timings: 3:30 pm - 12 am / 5:30 pm - 2 am

Work Mode: Hybrid

Work Location: Sector 62, Gurugram

Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Compliance Analyst with 5+ years of experience to manage state regulatory filings for Life & Health insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit accurate, timely state regulatory filings.

- Manage year-end filing schedules, invoice payments, and remittance submissions.

- Analyze data, prepare reports, and review team members' filings.

- Identify process improvements and support special projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience in compliance/regulatory reporting.

- Insurance or financial services industry experience.
