Compliance Advisory Testing Role - Banking

Description:

- Perform Compliance testing based on regulatory guideline /internal process and submit testing reports to Senior Management

- Conduct an analysis of each test check/review and find out the delinquencies/deficiencies or violations of RBI regulations and procedures in the Bank.

- Better understanding on regulatory guideline /internal compliance requirement.

- Review and testing the Products newly launched based on regulatory requirements.

- Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders for discussing compliance concerns /lapses

- Preparing and maintaining a repository of observations identified and further following up with stakeholders for rectification.

- Conducting compliance training across the Banking verticals

Qualification Criteria:

Required Skills:

- Bachelors degree/ MBA /Finance a related field.

- Strong understanding and knowledge of regulatory guideline

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

- Attention to detail & Ability to work in team environment as well as independently.

- Ability to meet the defined TAT and SLA

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
