Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Complex/Plant Head to lead end-to-end plant operations, drive production, operational excellence, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant operations, maintenance, engineering and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure production, safety, quality, environmental and statutory compliance.
- Oversee power plant operations, boilers and co-generation turbines.
- Drive SHE initiatives, PSM, ETP compliance and zero-accident culture.
- Manage statutory liaison with Pollution Board, DISH/Factory Inspector, Electrical Inspector, power authorities and other government bodies.
- Handle plant efficiency, debottlenecking and technology upgradation.
Education - UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical
