Job Description : - Regularly advising clients on the notifiability of transactions - Advising on a range of competition law issues such as the implications of commercial agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances - Reviewing documents and factual research for existing cases and for investigations - Working on matters pertaining to allegations of abuse of dominance falling under Section 4 of the Competition Act - Reviewing commercial policies/commercial documents of clients and their proposed actions for advising them on issues of competition compliance - Drafting and reviewing documentation, demonstrating familiarity with precedents and market standards - Candidates coming from National Law University would be preferred
