Job Purpose : The role will manage Rewards program and processes for a leading BFSI Company that includes compensation planning, managing variable pay plans and long-term incentives. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Manage annual salary review process: - Conduct compensation benchmark study - Bring to table market intelligence in terms of various practices prevalent in the industry - Analyze in detail various people trends in market as well as within the organization and tie in to compensation strategy - Propose various approaches for annual salary review process 2. Salary fitments: - Be custodian of salary fitments process and salary ranges - Engage closely with talent acquisition and HR business partners to propose fitments - Revise salary ranges to keep it current on periodic basis - Manage exceptions and senior level fitments 3. Variable Pay: - Manage variable pay program of the company in terms of budgeting, provisions, structure and calculations - Participate in review of sales incentive programs design, provide recommendations for improvement - Validate incentive payouts 4. Long term incentives: - Keep records of grants and vesting for all schemes - End to end ESOP management 5. Automation: - Implementation/improvement of ERP modules - Automate and maintain salary fitment module - Spot opportunities for automation to improve on scalability, efficiency and accuracy 6. Provisions: - Work closely with finance in accurately maintaining monthly/quarterly provisions for variable pay, deferred cash payouts, LTIP, actuarial valuations - Provide information to finance as needed relating to compensation and benefits 7. Audit and compliance: - Ensure all processes have adequate controls built-in to mitigate the risk. Ensure compliance to SOPs, policies and documentation Educational Qualifications & Experience: a) Qualifications: - MBA in HR b) Work Experience: - Minimum of 7-8 years of experience - Understand the industry landscape and manpower trends in the industry he/she operates in - Experience in Total Rewards management - Technical knowledge of rewards design principles - Should have worked on designing and managing sales incentive programs preferably in sales intensive organizations - Proven analytical skills - Presentation and communication skills - Stakeholders management, developing respectful interpersonal relationships and establish productive relationships with leaders and their teams - Display ownership, results orientation, problem solving, ability to multi-task, quality and speed orientation are essential
