
Looking for a compensation Analyst with one of the leading global exhibitor, based out of Gurugram location.
Please find the JD below.
1. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for payroll, compensation, and benefits across all business units (Cinemas and HO).
2. Maintain and update compensation dashboards, trackers, and workforce cost models.
3. Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies in salary, benefits, and headcount data.
4. Assist in creating and updating compensation structures aligned to internal frameworks and market benchmarks.
5. Support annual and off-cycle salary review processes through analytics, budgeting inputs, and simulations.
6 Support workforce budgeting and forecasting, providing detailed cost analysis and salary projections.
7. Partner with Finance and HRBPs to ensure alignment of headcount and cost data.
8. Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure accuracy of inputs and reconcile payroll data for anomalies.
9. Conduct regular audits and validations on payroll outputs and statutory compliance data.10Assist in compensation surveys, benchmarking exercises, and internal parity analysis.
