Position Overview:

The purpose of this role is to create and deliver end to end technical content and design high quality proposals for prospective clients in the food service business. The role demands that needs and expectations of prospective clients are addressed, and they appreciate the differentiated food services value that Compass brings to the table thereby leading to successful bids.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine content to align with and strengthen marketing and sales objectives.

- Deliver high-quality bid writing, technical documentation, and persuasive proposal structures using design thinking methodologies.

- Collaborate closely with the reporting manager and the client solutions team to understand client demographics, needs, and internal capabilities, ensuring tailored and impactful responses.

- Enhance the quality of proposals by actively incorporating feedback from stakeholders including the client solutions team, operations, clients, and management.

- Define proposal strategy by identifying key opportunities, analysing RFPs, and clarifying client requirements.

- Write, revise, and polish proposal content including executive summaries, conclusions, organizational profiles, and presentation materials.

- Address the clients WITY through thorough research and the development of content strategies that uncover new sales opportunities.

- Translate research insights into compelling narratives that position offerings as bespoke client solutions.

- Leverage client feedback at each stagefrom initial to launch proposalsto continuously evolve the storytelling and proposal effectiveness.

- Foster trust and transparency through open collaboration with internal teams including sales, operations, and functional departments.
