Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:

1. Manage end-to-end food service operations across multiple locations in Hyderabad.

2. Ensure alignment with client requirements, internal SOPs, and regulatory compliance.

3. Monitor daily service delivery, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution.

2. Team Management:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Unit Managers, Supervisors, and frontline staff.

2. Identify training needs and drive employee engagement and productivity.

3. Ensure staffing levels are adequate to support operations at all sites.

3. Client Engagement:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the region.

2. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Address concerns proactively and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

4. Quality & Compliance:

1. Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in line with FSSAI and company policies.

2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain service and quality standards.

5. Financial & Resource Management:

1. Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met.

2. Optimize use of manpower, materials, and other resources.

3. Prepare reports on financial and operational performance.

6. Inventory & Supply Chain:

1. Oversee procurement, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency.

2. Ensure timely availability of food and non-food items without overstocking.

7. Process Improvement:

1. Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.

2. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and process enhancements.

8. Reporting:

1. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on KPIs, site performance, and client feedback.
