Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare chains.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure complete market coverage.
- Develop a clear understanding of hospital structures, decision-makers, and budget cycles.
- Reach out to potential clients through networking, events, and referrals.
Sales Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.

Relationship & Brand Building:
- Position the company as a strategic partner to hospitals, not just a vendor.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Represent the brand at healthcare events and forums to expand visibility.
