Short Description of the Role :

- Head - Internal Audit will be responsible for the internal audit activities across all entities under Compass Group India.

- The role involves working with all levels of management to promote business integrity, robust internal control structures, compliance with applicable legislation and effective and efficient design of processes, examine and improve operating practices, financial and risk management processes of the organization.

- Internal Audit & Follow Up Procedures

- Investigation & Special Review

- Data Analytics & CCM (Continuous Control Monitoring)

- Country's Risk Assessment Exercise

- Country's Assurance Program

- Country's Theft & Fraud Reporting

- IFC & Group's KFC (Key Financial Controls) Framework Compliance

Key Stakeholders :

Internal External :

- Group's internal audit team Co-source partners (Big 4 or Tier I Firms)

- Group's E&I team External auditors (Big 4)

- Group's finance & reporting team Client's audit team

- Country's leadership team

Profile Expectation :

- 15 years+ rich experience in Internal Audits, Investigation, Internal Controls, Process re-engineering, Enterprise Risk Management & Regulatory Compliances across industries and domains

- CA or MBA

Good to have :

- CIA, CFE, CISA | SAP Proficiency

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

- Ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Resilience under pressure

- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change

- Ability to effectively manage co-source model

- Effectively conclude investigation matters with Group & External Auditors
