- Post Qualification Experience: 3-5 years - Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred - Having sound knowledge in Company Law, FEMA, RBI Regulations, Secretarial Standard, ROC Related works, maintenance of secretarial records, conduction of board and general meetings, preparing notices, agenda and minutes. - Guiding the Board of Directors to ensure they are operating in accordance with the law of the land. - Facilitating good communication between the board, senior management and shareholders. - Handling CSR Compliances, RBI compliances, secretarial compliances and other legal works for Banks and Financial Institutions. - Reporting and filing to ROC, drafting proper replies and liaising with statutory regulators and external authorities with an ability to make sound judgement."
