Company Secretary - M&A Transaction Implementation

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading execution of mergers, demergers, capital reductions, and buybacks

- Managing slump sale transactions and related structuring

- Handling entity conversions - company to LLP, LLP to company, partnership firm to company, and similar transitions

- Supporting conversion of private companies to public companies and vice versa

- Working on other corporate restructuring transactions under the Companies Act, 2013

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified Company Secretary

- 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience executing similar restructuring assignments

- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks

- Ability to independently manage complex, multi-step transactions
