Company Secretary/Legal Head - Automotive

Position: Company Secretary cum Legal Head

Location: Corporate office - Mumbai

Qualification: ACS with a graduation in Law (LLB). (Candidate should have experience in both Legal & secretarial)

Experience :

- Should be a qualified ACS with a graduation in Law (LLB)

having :

- 12-15 years of hands on experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with exposure to Accounts/Finance/Taxation matters would be preferred.

- Management attaches importance to ethical practices, high Corporate Governance, full Compliance of Corporate & other applicable laws, Listing Agreement & SEBI regulations with the incumbent assuming accountability for the same.

- Knowledge/ Experience in JV agreements, provisions of Competition Act, Rent Control Laws, Arbitration, IPR laws is desirable.
