JOB ROLE SUMMARY:

Location: Bangalore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and corporate governance regulations.

- Manage Registrar of Companies (RoC) filings, annual returns, board resolutions, and statutory registers.

- Organize and record minutes for Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.

- Draft, review, and manage corporate policies, agreements, and contracts.

- Oversee compliance with corporate laws and other statutory obligations.

- Draft, vet, and review agreements, contracts, MoUs, and legal documents related to business operations.

- Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal consultants on compliance matters.

- Documentation Management related to both legal and tax compliance

- Manage all Legalities and Legal lawsuits of the company

- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, contract law, compliance frameworks.

Tax Laws

- Experience in managing strong documentation in adherence to company Corporate, tax, Employee related compliance

- Efficiency in managing ROC and MCA portal;

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8 to 10 Years experience in a reputed Company as Company Secretary, Legal & Compliance Manager.

- Company Secretary (CS) qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of

- India (ICSI) & bachelor's degree in law.

- Recent experience in the medical device industry is preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.

- Analytical and creative mind
