Job Description: - Ability to manage end to end corporate secretarial activities for a portfolio of clients comprising of Listed Companies, Un-listed companies which may be Institutionally Funded or Foreign Subsidiaries or Family Owned or NBFC companies. - Good knowledge and interpretation of various corporate laws covering Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations & SEBI (LODR) Regulations. - Adhering to the systems that ensure timely compliance management of the company & improvement in execution & delivery. - Ability to take ownership & manage clients independently. - Coordinating with various regulators and external agencies in the course of work. - Should be well versed with MS Word, Excel & Power point. Required Candidate profile: - Member of ICSI. - Minimum 2-5 year relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm. - Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
