Looking to hire qualified CS for Compliance role with Stock Broking Exp: 3 to 8 years Location : kolkata Role Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and other applicable corporate laws and regulations. - File necessary documents and returns with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI and ROC. - Draft resolutions, notices, forms and other legal documents related to board/shareholder meetings. - Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and take appropriate action. - Liaise with stock exchanges, SEBI, MCA, auditors and other regulatory authorities. - Assist in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Role Requirements: - Qualified Company Secretary with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI, ROC and governance practices. - Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with e-filing systems on MCA V2 and V3 portal and other regulators. - Experience with listed compliances and RBI regulation knowledge will be an added advantage.
