Roles & Responsibilities

1. Experience in Merchant Banking activities like Public Issue, Rights Issue, Buy Backs, Delisting, Preferential Allotments, AIF Registrations etc.

2. Practical experience of handling Listing Regulations queries

3. Good knowledge of Listing & ICDR Regulations

4. Liaison with Regulatory Authorities - SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE)

Educational Qualifications & Skills

1. Company Secretary (CS) having 6-7 years of relevant work experience with a Merchant Banking, Consulting or a Listed Company

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactions

3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders, clients, and regulators.

4. Solid understanding of the capital markets landscape, including regulations and compliance requirements.
