Compliances under provision of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA and other statutory laws applicable to the business. 2. Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative, with various statutory bodies such as ROC, RBI, shareholders, RTAs, DPs etc. 3. Conducting meetings of sub-committee, board of directors, shareholders'; documenting and circulating minutes of the same 4.
