Secretarial & Legal: 1. Assisting the Company Secretary in complying with applicable provisions of Companies Act, Sebi (LODR) and Banking Regulations 2. Assisting the Company Secretary in scheduling meetings of Board, Committee and Shareholders. Drafting and finalizing documents w.r.t. meetings viz. Agenda, Notice, Minutes, etc 3. Assisting the Company Secretary in passing matters via circulation through Board and Committees 4. Assisting the Company Secretary in all the corporate actions viz. Rights Issue, Bonus Issue, Preferential Allotments, Dividend Distribution, Directorship changes, Auditor appointments, etc 5. Assisting the Company Secretary in filing and submitting necessary forms and documents with ROC, SEBI and RBI including but not limited to filing FCTRS, FCGPR, etc 6. Assisting the Company Secretary in maintaining records and helping on documentation for management committees of the Bank 7. Managing internal and external stakeholder relationship Qualification - CS (mandatory) and LLB (preferred). Work Experience - 5 to 6 years of experience preferably in Equity Listed companies. Prior Experience - Should have some prior experience in Debt Listed entities. Location - Bangalore
