Key Responsibilities :
- Manage board and committee processes: agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and follow-ups Ensure timely statutory filings and maintenance of statutory registers (ROC filings, annual returns, etc.)
- Oversee legal entity lifecycle tasks (incorporations, closures, changes in MOA/AOA, share transfers)
- Support corporate governance initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants as needed
- Provide secretariat support for corporate actions, shareholder meetings, and compliance audits
- Prepare compliance reports and assist with internal controls and policy documentation
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience :
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI member); OR LLB / BGL / Bachelors degree with strong secretarial exposure 5 - 6 years post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial functions - preferably in banking, financial institutions, or listed companies
Skills & Technical Knowledge :
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Blueprint OneWorld (advantageous) or similar secretariat / compliance platforms
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
