1. Good knowledge of Companies Act, LODR regulations and Secretarial Standards; 2. Board, Committees and General Meeting Compliances; 3. FEMA Regulations, RBI Guidelines, Security control regulation Act/ guidelines; 4. Complete knowledge of corporate governance and statutory compliances. 5. Maintenance of Statutory Registers under the Companies Act, filing of statutory forms with ROC, 6. MCA; E-filing (MCA 21, compliances Digital signatures, DIN etc.). 7. Compliance of all the Related Party Disclosures/ MSME/ DPT 8. Handling matter related to Inter-Corporate loans and Investments. 9. Interaction with external and internal auditors and other government bodies. 10. Post qualification experience 3-6 years.
