Permanent Position Salary - As per Industry Standards R&R Secretarial : - Preparing Notices, Agenda, Minutes of Meeting, Maintenance of Statutory Registers under Company Act 2013. - FEMA Compliance and RBI reporting - Compliances of Corporate, Statutory Laws, Drafting, Vetting of Agreements - E-filling, Joint Ventures, Due Diligence, Liasoning with Govt Authorities - Annual Filings under Company Laws - Annual Compliance of Company Laws and others - Arranging Board Meetings, Meeting of Directors and Shareholders and should be able handle the Board meetings independently. - Coordination with Other Teams Legal and other statutory compliances: - Drafting and vetting for different Agreements. - Liasoning with diff Govt Authorities - Maintaining track sheet for all statutory compliances under various Acts applicable to the Company - Handling Legal Issues and legal cases - Should have a very good written and oral Communication Skills.
