About The Role - Community / Social Media Manager

- High energy, focused social media and community champion

- Obsessed with compelling content creation, orchestration to meaningfully build and engage a community of brand loyalists, brand voices

- Organic growth hacker, community builder

- "Ability to think beyond the obvious- Meta, Google, Linkedin etc"

- Strong project management skills

- Comfortable with various tools, platforms and clued on with developments and new trends in the social media, content and digital ecosystem

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, drive external partners/ agencies/ content creators to deliver as per plan

- Good demonstrable track record

- Experience band 4-5 years (consumer focused brands)

- Excellent communication skills a must

- Needs to be a self starter and great team player who loves to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, multi tasking oriented culture/environment

- Develop and implement community-building strategies across social media platforms.

- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.

- Create and curate content that aligns with brand values and resonates with the community.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge success and optimize content strategies.

- Build relationships with influencers, customers, and industry partners to foster community growth.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Manage online forums, groups, and communities, ensuring a positive and active environment.

- Stay informed about industry trends, community engagement tactics, and emerging platforms.

- Report on community engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.

- Foster brand loyalty by creating valuable interactions and promoting positive conversations.

- Role will report to the DGM marketing and also work closely with company's Strategic Advisor and also the CEO & MD
