Job Description About Us : - Supertails.com is a first-of-its-kind platform that supports the ever-increasing pet parent community by providing trustworthy veterinary care and a one-stop solution for pet food and supplies. - Supertails.com is differentiated by its unique proposition of being a fully digital telehealth consultation service made available through a team of highly experienced in-house veterinarians. - With doorstep delivery services available across the country, the brand aims to bring pet parents closer to the largest assortment of pet supplies from India and across the globe. What you will do : - Take end-to-end ownership of Supertails' social brand channels and strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, including the execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis. - Constantly iterate and maintain the brand personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers. Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms. - Prepare monthly social media calendars across all platforms. - Own growth metrics of social media channels - reach impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, etc. - Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels. - Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and affinity for the Supertails brand and its content. - Analyse and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings. - Work closely with the Design Team to ensure creatives are original, engaging, and appealing. - Build a strategy for Quora to establish thought leadership in the category and drive traffic to the website through a group of expert vets and pet behavior consultants. - Devise the content strategy for SEO Blogs and ensure high-quality expert content to drive engagement through the channel.
