Role Summary

You will build and scale the community across cities: users, stylists, salons, and early adopters. Your role is to design experiences that introduce the brand to new audiences, cultivate trial, and create the kind of emotional connection that converts interest into advocacy. You will shape how people first encounter &Done and how they continue to stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead community-driven brand awareness: plan and execute intimate discovery events, pop-up rituals, product trial sessions, and city meet-ups to reach new audiences.

- Build a city-by-city playbook: modular experiences that can be rolled out quickly and scaled efficiently.

- Track engagement, participation, sampling-to-conversion ratios, and sentiment; translate insights into action plans that improve awareness and acquisition.

- Build funnels for early adoption: craft experiences that encourage first-time use, repeat usage, and organic referrals.

- Grow the stylist and salon network through regular on-ground interactions: build trust, gather insights, and strengthen loyalty loops.

- Manage the digital community ecosystem: WhatsApp groups, early-adopter cohorts, review circles, and conversation loops designed to spark learning and sharing.

- Identify potential superfans and high-influence stylists or consumers; convert them into micro-ambassadors who shape the narrative of the brand.

- Partner with Brand, Social, and Influencer teams to ensure multi-channel consistency in voice and experience.

What Success Looks Like

- Strong footfall and participation across city events and community gatherings.

- High product trial and conversion rates driven through community touchpoints.

- A growing network of stylists and early adopters who advocate for &Done organically.

- Consistent word-of-mouth momentum and strong brand recall across community clusters.

Skills and Traits

- Strong instinct for people and culture; able to create warm, high-quality experiences.

- Skilled at event planning: from small-format rituals to structured city activations.

- Comfortable running both digital and physical communities with equal depth.

- Analytical awareness: able to interpret participation and conversion data.

- Highly organised, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
