Community Growth Manager - BFSI

Job Description:

This role leads on- ground growth for India, owning field operations, community activation, partnerships, and results. You'll recruit and manage regional ambassadors, convert strategy into local execution, and represent the initiative at key events and forums in the Crypto industry.

Client Details:

A next- generation Crypto super app that unifies trading, payments, asset management, and Web3 tools into one seamless platform.

Description:

- Own field operations and country- level expansion; set targets and deliver results.

- Recruit, onboard, and coach a network of ambassadors and community leaders.

- Translate central strategy into local plans; prioritize initiatives and track progress.

- Build partnerships with communities, merchants, brokers, and ecosystem players to drive adoption.

- Lead meetups, workshops, and events; act as primary point of accountability for the region.

- Establish feedback loops from the field to central teams; represent the initiative at regional/international forums.

Profile:

- Good understanding of Cyrpto currency and Web3 space is mandatory.

- Proven leadership in community building, social media marketing, partnerships, or network- led programs, with a numbers- driven mindset.

- Comfortable recruiting, motivating, and coordinating distributed teams at scale.

- Strong communicator and public speaker; fluent in English.

- High ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to balance strategy with on- ground delivery.

- Familiarity with the underlying technology and its community use cases is a strong plus.
