The role is with a leading Health Insurance Firm.

Role - Manager Communication.

Department - Marketing.

Experience - 5 to 10 years.

Responsibilities

- Identifying, strategizing executing proactive customer communication across channels.

- Collaboration with different stakeholders required for the approval.

- Understanding about Regulatory compliance for customer communication.

- Monitor the transactional communication and maintain the delivery rate.

- Process remapping for identifying the need for transactional communication and end to end follow-up for the closure.

- Better understanding of the cost benefit analysis and customer experience for the communication triggered and identifying the ways to improve.

- Exploring new mode of the communication.

- End to end understanding for the campaign management.

- Enabling automation related to the communication with the help of CCM.

- Continuously conduct Market study to identify best practices and possibility to embed them in our processes.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 to 6 years in customer communication/marketing/CRM from insurance

background only.

- Analytical, process-oriented, and tech-savvy.

- Well versed with Regulatory Compliance.
