Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist based in Navi Mumbai. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and curating content, writing for web platforms, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives. Daily tasks will include content planning, execution, optimization, and collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the content strategy and maintain the editorial calendar for B2B tech audiences.
- Develop clear, engaging narratives converting complex engineering and telecom concepts into video scripts, solution briefs, case studies, and web copy designed for reuse and AI-assisted repurposing.
- Write scripts, talking points, and voiceovers for leadership messages, interviews, demos, and customer stories; prepare interview frameworks and question banks.
- Craft LinkedIn-first social media content including hooks, captions, carousel copy, and executive bylines; adapt long-form content into platform-specific short-form variants with titles, tags, and CTAs.
- Produce outlines, drafts, and polished blog posts, explainer articles, solution briefs, release notes, and case studies following a clear problemapproachproofoutcome structure. Apply light SEO tactics such as intent targeting, headings, internal linking, and meta descriptions.
- Conduct interviews with executives to ensure technical accuracy; interpret standards, architecture diagrams, and performance data; maintain a living glossary and approved terminology; perform fact-checks and track sources/approvals.
- Componentize content with metadata and audience notes to enable rapid repurposing and AI-
friendly reuse across multiple channels.
- Ensure accessibility and compliance by using plain language, accurate captions, inclusive phrasing, and protecting confidential/customer information aligned with brand and legal guidelines.
- Provide post-friendly summaries including synopses, key quotes, and time-coded highlights; maintain organized, searchable, and version-controlled content assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in B2B technology content creation and strategy, preferably with a background or strong familiarity in engineering, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Proven ability to interpret technical documents, architecture diagrams, standards, and
performance data, and translate them into clear, audience-appropriate content.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to technical accuracy and SEO best practices.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain content version control.
