Commercial Underwriting:

- We are looking for a Commercial Underwriting professional with 4+ years of experience in General Insurance and strong hands-on experience in underwriting large corporate accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and underwrite commercial insurance risks for large corporate clients in line with underwriting guidelines and business requirements.

- Analyze financial statements, risk profiles, and relevant documents to evaluate exposure and determine appropriate terms and premiums.

- Prepare underwriting assessments and recommendations for commercial accounts.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and underwriting standards.

- Work closely with brokers, agents, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, negotiate terms, and drive business growth.

- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and strengthen underwriting practices.

Requirements:

- 1. Any graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Underwriting can apply.

- 2. Candidates must have end-to-end Commercial Underwriting experience within the General Insurance industry.

- 3. Experience in handling underwriting for large corporate clients is mandatory.

- 4. Candidates should be currently based in Mumbai and comfortable working from the office (WFO).

- 5. Strong understanding of commercial underwriting practices, risk assessment, and decision-making is preferred.
