Commercial Project Head - Real Estate

Position: Commercial Project Head - Real Estate (AVP Level)- BTect - Civil

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Project Head (AVP Level) to lead and oversee a large-scale commercial real estate development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Grade-A commercial projects from concept to completion, with strong expertise in project execution, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the construction and delivery of two new commercial towers (~2 million sq. ft.) within the existing site.

- Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring on-time delivery within approved cost, quality, and safety parameters.

- Drive project planning, vendor management, contract negotiations, budgeting, and cost control.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.

- Manage all statutory approvals, compliance, and SEZ / Non-SEZ related documentation.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for key commercial and project-related decisions.

- Ensure adherence to sustainability standards, EHS norms, and quality benchmarks.

Key Project Details:

- Project Location: Tata Intellion Park, Golf Course Road, Sector 59, Gurugram

- Existing: 4 Towers (2 SEZ, 2 Non-SEZ)

- Upcoming: 2 New Commercial Towers (~2 million sq. ft.)

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 15-20 years in large-scale commercial real estate development.

- Proven experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycle - from groundbreaking to handover.

- Strong exposure to SEZ and Non-SEZ commercial assets.

- Expertise in project management, contracts, commercials, and cost optimization.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
