Role Overview:
We are looking for a New Initiatives Commercial Manager for a publicly listed company with a national presence based at Gurgaon.
Total Experience: 6 - 11 years
Whats the Role:
As part of the Sustainability & New Initiatives function, this role offers a unique platform to pioneer new growth vectors that deliver measurable economic and social impact.
Key Focus Areas:
- Strategy & Intelligence: Conduct market research, evaluate strategic opportunities, and design viable commercial models.
- Execution & Governance: Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, build implementation roadmaps, and oversee project delivery through structured governance.
What Will You Be Doing?:
- Opportunity Discovery: Research trends, map market ecosystems, and benchmark competitors to uncover adjacent growth areas and tech innovations.
- Strategy & Solution Design: Craft business models, investment proposals, and go-to-market plans that monetize corporate assets.
- Financial & Risk Modeling: Conduct comprehensive commercial simulations, evaluate unit economics, and measure implementation feasibility.
- Scale & Launch: Build structured roadmaps to transition promising concepts into operational units.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years in finance, strategy, business development, consulting, infrastructure, telecom, energy, investments, or strategic projects.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Strategy, Finance, Business Management, Energy Management, or a related discipline, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
