Position Overview: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving the financial and operational success of the organization by overseeing budgeting, profitability analysis, cost management, compliance, and strategic collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Compliance: 1. Accounting Operations Oversee accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in accounting processes. 2. Financial Regulations -Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. 3. Internal Controls - Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or mismanagement. 4. Audits - Manage financial audits by coordinating with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance. Strategic Support & Collaboration: 1. Strategic Insights- Provide financial expertise to support strategic decision-making across the organization. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to align financial strategies with broader business goals. 3. Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to support the organization's financial health. Leadership & Team Development: 1. Team Leadership- Lead and mentor the finance team by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills. 2. Technology & Innovation - Stay updated on industry trends in financial management tools and technology to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: - 10+ years of experience in commercial management or senior finance roles with a proven track record in budgeting, cost control, profitability analysis, and compliance. Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel or ERP systems (e.g., SAP). - Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
