
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Responsible for collating information of India Shared Services and India domestic business including monthly closing, financial planning & analysis and business support functions to be submitted to the Head of Finance India
- Assist India HOF to help drive and support business decisions and interact closely with business and regional and group finance functions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (EMEA & India shared service):
- Support monthly financial close activities including preparation and review of service line P&L; analyze variances against budget/forecast and present insights to Head of Finance.
- Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting in coordination with India business unit heads, functional leaders, and regional finance teams.
- Conduct financial performance reviews, track KPIs, and highlight key business drivers impacting results.
2. Commercial Support & Business Partnering:
- Maintain and update rate cards for services delivered by the Indian entity.
- Provide financial input for new business proposals and client re-tenders, including deal structuring, pricing, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Evaluate and recommend commercial model improvements considering SLAs, billing structures, and compliance.
3. Month-End Close & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly billing files (Shared Timesheet, Dedicated FTE, Cost Plus models).
- Analyze monthly P&L for India and EMEA, post reclasses, accruals, and amortizations where required.
4. Resource & Operational Analysis:
- Monitor employee utilization and assess resourcing needs based on business requirements.
- Maintain and analyze resource utilization tracker to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Provide insights on divisional utilization and support in assessing under-utilization.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, costing, and pricing.
- Extensive hands-on financial experience across multiple client engagements and service lines.
- Strong proficiency in commercial pricing and analytical tools.
- At least 8 years' financial management experience preferably in multinational commercial environment with some audits experience an advantage
- Ability to manage growth and work effectively under tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is desirable
- Strong customer and business focused mindset.
- Able to adopt the company culture and understand the business drivers.
