Job Title : Commercials Manager

Industry : Equipment Leasing / Asset Lifecycle Management

Location : On-site - Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience : 5 - 7 Years in Commercial Operations

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end management of commercial operations related to asset leasing and lifecycle management.

- Prepare, review, and execute deal-related documentation with customers, vendors, and financing partners.

- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and financing partners for smooth transaction processing.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal documentation requirements.

- Validate and track supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to management.

- Drive revenue assurance by ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation (deal-based and periodic billing).

- Prevent revenue leakage by validating agreements and raising correct debit notes or lease rentals.

- Ensure correct application of GST and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

- Monitor purchase orders, sales invoices, and inter-branch transfers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and financial negotiations with stakeholders.

- Lead audits related to commercial operations and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required Skillset & Qualifications:

Education: MBA / CA / ICWA

- 5-7 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in leasing, finance, or asset management firms.

- Strong understanding of GST, invoicing, and tax compliance processes.

- Proficient in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Excellent documentation, tracking, and coordination skills.

- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments and external parties.

- Good negotiation and financial analysis skills.

- Process-oriented mindset with strong adherence to compliance frameworks.

- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
