Commercial Lead - Green Energy Sector

We are looking for a Green Energy (GEOA) - Commercial Lead for a publicly listed company with a national presence, based at Gurgaon.

Experience : 10+ yrs of exp in the Power sector (renewable energy exp is mandatory).

Education : Engineering Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aligning & working with strategic partners, to get sizeable Renewable energy capacity implemented

2. Benchmarking & evaluation of proposals and aligning favorable commercial terms with developers for multiple states

3. Technical evaluation to ensure that the best renewable power solution is deployed in respective states considering RE replacement and economics

4. Evaluating new business-models and work on financial models & simulations, to better leverage Indus core competencies & existing infrastructure to support transition to Renewables for client

5. Actively working with developers, internal & external regulatory teams, circle teams, local authorities including state regulatory bodies and DISCOMs to get relevant approvals across the value chain including core policy changes/ adoption, Smart meters, Software , etc.

6. Operational excellence and thinking out of the box to get sizeable capacities online in the shortest possible time

7. Strong commercial acumen to be able to understand complex agreement structures, commercials & project design
