Our client, is one of India's leading companies in the Fruit processing segment, with more than two decades of experience developing markets in the country and abroad while positioning itself as a prominent supplier of naturally derived fruit products.

To usher the company in a new era, we are working on a mandate to invite applications from competent and seasoned professionals who could drive the business and be responsible for the P&L while working with all the stakeholders.

PROFILE:

- Responsible for the Gross Margin and Contribution Margin, ensuring profitable Revenue and Volume growth.

- Responsible for building a robust Sales Pipeline.

- Responsible for New Market and Customer Penetration.

- Responsible for Product Diversification.

- Responsible for Cost Management within the function.

- Responsible for tracking and enhancing Customer Satisfaction and customer retention.

- Responsible for Budgeting & Forecasting and meeting the targets.

- Responsibilities relating to strategic initiatives and driving the Company's Vision and Organizational Goals.

- Responsible for stakeholder management at Regional as well as Global level.

- Responsible to collaborate with other functions to drive the functional performance.

CANDIDATE SKETCH

- 15 years + experience in B2B sales in the Agri Segment with emphasis on F&B.

- Direct Global exposure.

- Experience handling Key Global Accounts in the FMCG space

- Effective communicator with all the stakeholders including internal and external.
