Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Finance Manager to join our growing team in Noida.
As a key member of the finance team, you will partner closely with regional leadership, client account teams, and operations to manage and improve financial performance.
This is a high-impact role that involves strategic financial planning, commercial business partnering, and financial control with direct responsibility for the P&L and commercial governance of the regional business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the P&L for the region, including monthly financial close, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide commercial insight and support to client account teams, ensuring optimal financial performance and profitability.
- Partner with operations and delivery teams to support pricing, contract structuring, and renewals.
- Lead or support commercial negotiations with clients, focusing on profitability, risk management, and contractual obligations.
- Drive profit improvement initiatives across client accounts and service lines, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Deliver accurate and timely internal management reporting:
- Volume trends
- Profitability analysis
- Cost optimization
- Variance analysis
- Working capital performance
- Cash generation and liquidity monitoring
- Risk and opportunities assessments
- Prepare monthly board packs and regional business performance reports for leadership and global HQ.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to drive actionable insights.
- Drive the annual budgeting process and support the creation of client account plans with financial metrics and goals.
- Lead the monthly rolling forecast process, working closely with business unit leaders.
- Provide scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and business case evaluations for new deals or strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and commercial governance frameworks.
- Maintain proper documentation and reconciliations aligned with underlying accounting records.
- Collaborate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as required for client contracts and business risks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Expertise in working capital management and cash flow optimization
- Sound understanding of contractual terms and their financial implications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business case creation
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, both locally and globally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
