Key Deliverables of the Role:

Sales Commercial Operations:

- Oversee sales accounting, claims settlement, trade schemes, and discount management.

- Partner with the sales team for commercial viability of new product launches or market expansion.

- Drive efficiency in receivables and credit control processes.

- Ensure accuracy in pricing, billing, and tax implications across sales channels.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.

- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors for timely closure.

- Drive monthly MIS reporting with actionable insights.

- Maintain strong internal controls and SOPs across factory and sales operations.

Factory Commercial Operations:

- Manage factory accounting, costing, and inventory controls.

- Ensure accuracy in product costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.

- Lead budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations.

- Monitor capital expenditure and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

- Ensure timely GRNs, invoice validation, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Collaborate with SCM, production, sales, and corporate finance teams.

- Support business decision-making with financial insights and feasibility analysis.

- Drive initiatives on cost optimization, waste reduction, and process improvement.

Key Skills & experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in commercial roles (factory + sales).

- Strong knowledge of costing, indirect taxation, and ERP systems.

- Strong Proficiency in SAP systems (esp. FI, MM and CO module) MS Excel, Power point

Educational Qualification:

- ICWA qualified
