We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Leader to join our team in Mumbai.

About the Role:
As the Commercial Excellence & Sales Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in bridging our sales strategy with operational execution.
You will lead key functions including commercial excellence, sales operations, and marketing execution.
Your work will directly influence our market performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary areas of focus will include:
- Performance Management: Design, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and incentive plans to motivate the sales team and drive results.
- Business Analytics: Lead business analytics, sales forecasting, and dashboard creation to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of our Salesforce CRM and the implementation of a comprehensive sales playbook to standardize best practices and improve efficiency.
- Distributor Management: Oversee distributor governance, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management to maximize market reach and profitability.
- Financial & Strategic Planning: Contribute to P&L strategy, financial planning, and profitability projects.
- Market & Product Support: Provide critical support for new product launches and other strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and market success.
What We're Looking For:
- We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about driving business growth through strategic operations and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 10-12 years of progressive experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations.
- Experience in the Medical Devices or Diagnostics industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: A strong background in sales is essential.
- Experience in finance or audit is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, or Pharmacy is required.
- An MBA is preferred
