We are looking for a Commercial & Execution Manager who can make our projects run smoothly from start to finish.

In this role, you will work closely with the commercial team to ensure all printing and mounting jobs are planned well, priced right, and delivered with great quality.

Responsibilities

- Manage all printing and mounting work through in-house teams or approved vendors.

- Get the best rates from vendors while keeping strong and friendly relationships.

- Give clear guidance on materials, printing methods, and installation steps.

- Work with the commercial team to plan, track, and deliver each project on time.

- Fix execution issues fast and bring new ideas to improve cost and delivery.

- Build and maintain a solid vendor network that meets high-quality standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in printing, mounting, branding, or advertising execution.

- Strong skills in negotiation, costing, budgeting, and vendor management.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Creative thinking with strong decision-making ability.

- Process-driven with great attention to detail.

- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho is a plus.
