Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition while minimizing CPA.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and create actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-performing ad copies and visuals.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine campaign strategies.
- Leverage Google Merchant Center and feed management tools for effective Shopping campaigns.
- Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage monthly budgets and forecast performance outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign analysis and data handling.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset
