Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Manage performance campaigns focused on driving ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Lead CRO initiatives to optimize user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience.
- Implement data-driven experimentation (A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization).
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize growth outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats to keep campaigns competitive.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on D2C performance marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue through Google and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely).
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of campaign attribution, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong storytelling and leadership skills.
- Experience managing small teams or agencies preferred
