Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy for your assigned market.
- Own performance metrics customer acquisition, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with central brand, creative, and analytics teams to align local strategy with global goals.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and campaign data to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize budgets to deliver efficient growth while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct A/B testing, experiment with new channels, and drive continuous CRO improvements.
- Represent the markets voice understanding local nuances, consumer psychology, and competitive landscape.
- Report directly to the Global Marketing Head with actionable insights and growth plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 612 years of experience in digital marketing or growth, ideally with market ownership experience.
- Proven track record of driving growth in D2C, eCommerce, or tech-led businesses.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action
