Role Overview

The Vice President Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving growth, maximizing revenue, and expanding the companys market presence in the ultra-luxury furniture, interiors, and decorative segment. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in luxury retail, refined client engagement skills, and the ability to build and sustain relationships with high-profile stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Leadership:

- Drive sales strategy across all business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in the ultra-luxury furniture and decorative space.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging design trends, and competitor positioning in the luxury interiors market.

- Define and execute market entry strategies for new geographies and high-potential client clusters.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-value clients, including luxury retailers, premium developers, hospitality groups, and UHNI/HNI clients.

- Cultivate long-term partnerships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and luxury lifestyle influencers.

- Ensure client engagement experiences are personalized, consultative, and reflective of the brands luxury ethos.

Sales Excellence & Revenue Growth:

- Establish ambitious sales and revenue targets across all units; drive team performance to consistently exceed objectives.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling luxury solutions across the furniture and decorative product portfolio.

- Oversee development of tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with the aesthetic and functional demands of luxury clientele.

- Represent the company at global and domestic luxury exhibitions, design fairs, and industry forums.

- Enhance brand visibility by fostering exclusive industry collaborations and thought leadership initiatives.

- Build a reputation as a trusted advisor in the ultra-luxury design and interiors ecosystem.

Operational Management:

- Manage sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI on business development initiatives.

- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline metrics; provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven analysis and client feedback.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of proven sales leadership experience in luxury retail, premium interiors, or high-end furniture/decorative segments.

- Strong network and established relationships with architects, designers, real estate developers, and luxury retail stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and leading multi-unit or multi-market sales operations.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills tailored for ultra-luxury clientele.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance vision, execution, and financial acumen

- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements, market development, and industry networking.
