Location: Bengaluru.

Job Summary:

- Build and manage relationships with key channel partners, national SIs, regional partners, and distributors.

- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue in assigned territory.

- Enable partners on our portfolio through regular training, workshops, and joint account planning.

- Develop and execute quarterly joint business plans (JBPs), marketing motions, and demand-gen campaigns with partners.

- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with our GTM priorities and growth strategy.

- Drive partner performance through SPIFFs, incentives, deal-registrations, QBRs/MBRs, and structured governance cadence.

- Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, marketing, and pre-sales to accelerate partner-led opportunities.

- Monitor partner capability, maturity, and certifications; drive continuous enablement to increase win-rate.

- Support escalations, help unblock deals, and work cross-functionally for faster closure.

- Maintain strong industry relationships and represent the company in partner events and ecosystem forums.

- Meet quarterly pipeline creation and revenue targets aligned to the regional channel plan.
